Cut your expenses in places that you wouldn't expect.

Change your game plan for daily living in 2010. Don't continue to do the same old thing year after year. Investigate ways you can save on expenses, without having to strip your personal budget. What do I mean? Take a look at your states' website to discover ways to cut expenses. For instance, if you own a home, you can shave a considerable amount of money, if you simply research similar properties in your neighborhood that pay less property taxes than you do. Print out the amount and property to show the tax assessor. Just remember to look for the same amount of rooms in your home, type of home etc. It takes a little leg (finger)work from you, but it is well worth it.

If student loans are your monthly set back, consider an Income Continguency Plan. During these difficult economic times, it becomes troublesome to pay your student loan debt. This plan is devised by your income. Consequently, if you are making less annually than years past, they will adjust your payments accordingly.

Child care expenses take a chunk out of everyone's pay. However, there is help. The Child Care Initiative Program can ease your troubled mind. Complete the application and attach the required information. Depending on your income, the state will assist with your payments.

I have listed a few tips to help ease your pocketbook. Now it's your turn. Do some research to inquire about other ways to trim your expenses. If you find something else, please post on my blog.
